Dr Stella Zounta is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and Cost Accounting in the Department of Business Administration, in the University of the Aegean in Greece. She has a 15-year teaching experience both in undergraduate, postgraduate level and distance learning. Her teaching experience includes Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Corporate Governance, Auditing and Budgetary Control. Her research interests focus on the areas of Costing and Budgeting (Management Accounting) in service industries- with emphasis on the hotel industry-, Strategic Management Accounting, IFRS as well as Social Networks of Collaborations in Accounting and Auditing.
